EnCampo Marte
As part of this celebration, El Itacate will be featured as a complementary space that expands access to Mexican cuisine through traditional corn-based dishes, including tacos, tamales, tostadas, and quesadillas, accompanied by non-alcoholic beverages and coffee sourced from Mexico’s coffee-producing states.
This space will bring together 19 traditional cooks from 14 different states, under an inclusive model that allows participants to retain 100% of their earnings, thereby strengthening local and community economies.
These experiences are supported by the Government of Mexico, which recognizes gastronomy as a social, economic, and cultural driver that strengthens productive value chains, creates jobs, and showcases the country on the international stage.
